Asset Protection Planning Against Long-Term Care Costs.  This seminar is conducted by our Elder Law Attorneys who specialize in Medicaid Planning techniques which allow for the protection of assets against long-term care costs.  Our attorneys who specialize in Elder Law discuss techniques that can be employed to protect assets in the event a loved one is in an assisted living facility or skilled nursing home (Crisis Planning).  We also discuss what can be now to prepare for the possibility of nursing home or assisted living facility confinement in the future (Advance Planning).  Topics include:
